How long does setup take?
Most brands are fully connected within 30 minutes. Connect Shopify via OAuth, link your Meta Ads account, and connect Xero. Our AI handles the rest — mapping your chart of accounts automatically.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required to start. You'll have access to all features in your tier during the trial.
What support platforms do you integrate with?
We currently support Gorgias and Re:amaze for customer support analytics. We're adding Zendesk and Freshdesk in Q3 2025.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use read-only API connections to your platforms — we never write or modify your data. SOC 2 compliance in progress.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a "brand"?
A brand is a unique Shopify store + associated ad accounts and Xero org. If you run multiple stores (e.g., AU and US stores under the same business), each store counts as one brand.
